REGISTRATION

The registration fees include attendance to the access to all sessions, welcome reception and coffee-breaks according to programme schedule and participants materials.
Note: lunch is not included and conference dinner has an additional cost.

Accompanying person registration includes attendance to the welcome reception and conference dinner.

REGISTRATION FEES

All prices are listed in EUROS and include Portuguese VAT of 23%.
* If you are a member of OE, a file confirming your status should be uploaded
If you are a BSc/ MSc / PhD student, a file confirming your student status signed by your supervisor (or institutional representative) should be submitted.
* Given the proximity of the event, dinners should be requested to the organising committee.

REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Organizations/companies can proceed to change names of participants of the same organization/company until 15 April 2027, free of charge. After that date, registrations become personal, any change in name will require a new registration.

Payment through debit/credit card is due at the time of registration (AMEX, Eurocard/Mastercard and VISA);
The registration will only be completed if you receive a confirmation email (after your payment is confirmed);
All conference communication is done exclusively by email. To ensure that you receive all the information, please include the address chempor@chempor2027.pt in your email secure contacts and verify regularly your spam/junk inbox;
Online registration will be available until 15 of June 2027.

If you need an invitation letter, please indicate at the registration form. Please note that the invitation letter is only issued and sent when the registration is paid and confirmed.

Certificate of attendance

In order to reduce the amount of paper used, participants will receive a "Certificate of Attendance" in pdf format after the conference by email.
